Frequently Asked Questions

How many coats do I need?
Two to three, with an hour between coats. Lightly sand before your final coat for a smooth finish.

How do I prepare the wood?
Wipe with white spirit to remove wax and grease, sand with 120 grit, remove any flaking old coating, then wipe off the dust and let it dry.

Will it change the colour of my wood?
Yes. It adds an Antique Pine tone. Test on a hidden patch first.
