MC WHITE 160 MM PUDDING BOWL
The Mason Cash Cane pudding basins have been in kitchens for generations, manufactured since the early 1800s. It is the perfect bowl for steaming puddings, but also ideal as a kitchen prep bowl or serving bowl. The rim on the pudding basin is shaped so that the pudding can be sealed before steaming. The vented base allows bubbles to escape from underneath the basin, preventing it from tipping over in the pan. The Classic shape allows for easy release of the pudding after steaming, giving a pudding its distinct shape. The cream basin measures H9cm x Dia 16cm, with a capacity of 900ml.
