This stainless steel jam pan features an encapsulated base, which results in even heat distribution from all hob types. So, you'll be able to stew freshly picked berries and fruits whether you have a modern induction stovetop, or a classic gas hob. It holds up to 4.5 litres (1 gallon) too. This makes it ideal for making small batches of home made strawberry jam or mango chutney. Or you could even use it as a stockpot, to make hearty, winter warmers like beef stew or minestrone soup. This small preserving pan's internal measurement markings mean you'll have no trouble following all your favourite recipes.
