Tough, smooth exterior masonry paint made to handle the Irish weather. Fleetwood Weather Guard uses Permacryl exterior technology for excellent adhesion, strong coverage and colour that lasts. This is the M base, tinted in store to the colour you choose.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "M base" mean?
It's the base paint we tint to your chosen colour. Different bases suit lighter or deeper shades – just tell us your colour and we'll use the right one.

How much will I need?
With two coats, this 500ml tin covers roughly 3.5m² of smooth render. Pebble dash, stone dash and porous surfaces soak up more paint, so allow extra for those.

Can I use it on pebble dash?
Yes. Weather Guard is designed to give excellent coverage on pebble and stone dash as well as smooth render.

When is the best time to paint outside?
Choose a dry day and avoid painting if rain or frost is forecast. It's touch dry in about 30 minutes and ready for a second coat in 2–4 hours.

How long will it last?
Fleetwood rates Weather Guard for up to 18 years durability, with strong UV and fade resistance so the colour holds up.

How do I clean my brushes?
It's water-based, so brushes and rollers wash out with soap and water.
