Frequently Asked Questions
What does "D base" mean?
It's the base paint we tint to your chosen colour. Different bases suit lighter or deeper shades – just tell us your colour and we'll use the right one.
How much will I need?
With two coats, this 5L tin covers roughly 35m² of wall. Measure the height and width of each wall, multiply, and add them together to get your total.
Will it hide marks and bumps on my walls?
A flat matt finish reflects less light than sheen paints, so it helps hide minor imperfections. Fill cracks and holes first for the best result.
Can I wipe it clean?
Yes, it's wipeable for light marks. For hallways, kitchens or kids' rooms that need regular scrubbing, have a look at Fleetwood Easyclean Washable Matt.
How long before a second coat?
It's touch dry in about 30 minutes and ready to recoat in 2–4 hours.
