Frequently Asked Questions
What does "Medium base" mean?
It's the base paint we tint to your chosen Dulux colour. Light bases are used for paler shades, and Medium, Deep and Extra Deep for stronger colours – just tell us your colour and we'll use the right one.
How much will I need?
With two coats, this 5L tin covers roughly 42.5m² of wall. Measure the height and width of each wall, multiply, and add them together.
Is it good for new plaster?
It's suitable for all normal interior wall and ceiling surfaces. For new plaster, apply a thinned mist coat first so the paint bonds well.
Can I scrub it?
Vinyl Matt is designed for a flawless matt look rather than heavy scrubbing. For busy hallways and kids' rooms, choose Dulux Trade Easycare Diamond Matt.
Always read the label before use. Available in store at Skibbereen & Bantry. We deliver to Cork City and West Cork.
