Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Medium base" mean?
It's the base paint we tint to your chosen Dulux colour. Light bases are used for paler shades, and Medium, Deep and Extra Deep for stronger colours – just tell us your colour and we'll use the right one.

How much will I need?
With two coats, this 2.5L tin covers roughly 22.5m². As a guide, a standard internal door (both sides) is about 3.2m².

Do I need an undercoat?
Yes – for the best finish use Dulux Trade Undercoat, which is recommended for use with Dulux Trade High Gloss.

How do I clean my brushes?
As it's solvent-based, clean brushes with white spirit or brush cleaner.

Always read the label before use. Available in store at Skibbereen & Bantry. We deliver to Cork City and West Cork.
