The MasterClass 39 x 28 x 7 cm Non-Stick Roasting Pan allows you to effortlessly achieve superior roasted finishes every time. It's perfect for roasting large chickens to a moist crispness, succulent joints of beef, golden roasted potatoes and lots more. You can also use it to make family-sized lasagnes and shepherd's pies, as well as larger cakes. This roasting tin is made from commercial weight 1 mm thick carbon steel. It's electroplated to give it maximum robustness and durability too, meaning you can rely on it to consistently deliver the results widely associated with culinary experts. Designed with rolled edges, it won't rust either. It also absorbs and distributes the heat from your oven more evenly. So, you're not left, for example, with a pulled shoulder of lamb that's crisp on the outside with a rare or undercooked centre. There's also no need to worry about food sticking to this pan either. It's finished with a double non-stick Quantum II coating. This enables the pan to quickly release meat, poultry and vegetables from the surface with ease. The Quantum II coating is free of chemicals such as bisphenol A (BPA), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) too, making this roasting pan a safer choice to cook with. It's fridge and freezer safe too, meaning you can put your meat or poultry in the fridge to rest before roasting, which, again, makes it far easier to achieve that professional finish.
