A 23cm non-stick sandwich pan with a loose base for larger round sandwich cakes, Victoria sponge and carrot cake. Push up the base and the cake comes out cleanly.

A classic Victoria sponge uses two tins of the same size.

Do I still need to line it?
Greasing is usually enough, but a paper disc on the base gives extra insurance.
