Heat Design Standard Fire Grate 16"
Heat Design Standard Fire Grate 16"
Give your fireplace a practical refresh with the Heat Design 16" Standard Fire Grate. Designed to hold coal, logs or turf above the hearth, it allows air to circulate underneath the fuel and leaves space for ash to collect below.
A straightforward replacement for a worn or broken grate, it helps keep your fireplace ready for cosy evenings by the fire.
- Raised Fuel Support: Allows airflow beneath your coal, logs or turf.
- Practical Replacement: Replace a worn or damaged grate without changing your whole fireplace.
- Easier Ash Clearing: Raised design provides access to ash underneath.
- Nominal Size: 16". Check your fireplace measurements before ordering.
Will It Fit My Fireplace?
Measure the space where the grate will sit, including the width at the front and back and the available depth. The nominal 16" size alone does not guarantee a fit.
What Fuel Can I Use With It?
It supports coal, logs or turf. Always follow your fireplace manufacturer’s guidance on suitable fuels.
Features a robust cast iron construction.
